Paul S. Cohen, M.D.

A native of Syracuse, New York, Dr. Cohen received his B.A. degree from Syracuse University and his M.D. from Downstate Medical Center in New York City. He completed his residency and fellowship training at Boston City Hospital, Brigham's and Women's hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston. In 1980, following a career in academic medicine at Harvard Medical School and SUNY Upstate Medical University, Dr. Cohen began his private practice in Syracuse. Dr. Cohen is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the Onondaga County Medical Society. He continues as a clinical professor of Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University, where he has taught medical students and residents since 1977. In 2005, as part of his continued commitment to providing medical education to physicians in training, Dr. Cohen served as a visiting professor of Internal Medicine at the Royal College or Surgeons in Dublin. In 2007, Dr. Cohen was selected by his peers through a national rating organization as one of the Best Doctors in America. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Cohen has authored many medical journal articles and has lectured widely to his colleagues and to the general public within the area of internal medicine. His areas of special interest are differential diagnosis, preventative medicine including the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, osteoporosis, and the maintenance of wellness. Dr. Cohen greatly enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities such as jogging, rollerblading, and skiing.

Biby Rajan-George, M.D.

Dr. Biby Rajan-George graduated Cum Laude as a Doctor of Medicine from the University Medical School of Debrecen, Hungary. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Dr. Rajan-George is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American Medical Association. In recognition of her level of academic achievement, Dr. Rajan-George received a Merit Scholarship for Academic Excellence at the University Medical School of Debrecen, Hungary, was voted the Resident of the Year at SUNY Upstate Medical University and is a member of AOA, the Medical Honor Society. Her areas of interest in medicine are women's health and preventative medicine.

Lynn Neuburger, P.A.

Hailing from Long Island, NY, Lynn is a board certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years of clinical experience. She obtained her P.A. degree from Rutgers University in association with Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and has worked in both in-patient and out-patient settings. Lynn is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Her areas of special interest include women's health, emergency care and internal medicine.

Brynne K Nosko P.A.

A native of Syracuse, NY, Brynne is a board certified Physician Assistant who has been in practice for over 9 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology with a double minor in Exercise Science and Spanish. Brynne worked as an inpatient Physician Assistant for the first year of her career before transitioning to primary care. She has a special interest in preventive medicine and patient education. Brynne also performs minor office-based surgical procedures. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking, and the theatre.

Mark A Mazzye, P.A

Mark is a lifelong resident of Central New York. He began his career as a Medical Technician at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital, while completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology at Syracuse University. In 1998, Mark graduated in the inaugural class of the Lemoyne College Physician Assistant program.He began his career as a Board Certified PA in Northern New York, in Primary Care at St Lawrence Health Alliance. After eight years, Mark transitioned to Cardiology Associates of NNY in Watertown. In 2011, he returned to Primary Care at Family Medicine Associates of CNY. Throughout his PA career, Mark has been committed to serving as a Clinical Preceptor for the Lemoyne College Physician Assistant Program. Mark lives in Clay with his wife Kathy. He has two adult children and two adorable grandchildren. Mark's hobbies include cooking, reading and travel.
